General Terms
By renting or purchasing electric fat bikes or services from Comporta Electric Bikes, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Rentals and Reservations
Reservations can be made via our website, email, or telephone.
Rentals require a valid ID, signing of a rental agreement, and a security deposit (€250 per bike for beach rides).
Beach rides are only allowed at low tide and under suitable weather conditions.
Helmets and locks are mandatory and provided with each rental.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is required at the time of booking or rental.
Prices are listed clearly on our website. Special rates may apply for groups or longer rental periods, available upon request.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the rental price.
Responsibility and Liability
Renters assume full responsibility for the bikes during the rental period.
Comporta Electric Bikes is not liable for personal injuries or damages occurring during bike usage.
Renters agree to adhere to local laws and regulations regarding bike usage.
Bike Sales and Maintenance
Bike sales are final, subject to manufacturer warranty.
Maintenance services are available exclusively to customers who purchased bikes through us or rented bikes from us.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is managed according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Comporta Electric Bikes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website.
