Any cancellation must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the rental.
After this deadline, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, except in cases of adverse weather conditions that make the activity impossible or unsafe (heavy rain, storms, strong winds, etc.), or in the event of a health issue justified by a medical certificate.
